Details:
Welded, blasted and galvanised (or metallised) metal construction, with epoxy coating.
Take a seat or place your wheelchair at the right pos- ition. Place your feet on the disc.
From a neutral position, make a downwards movement so your toes are pointed to the ground. Repete this exercise with your ankles pointed to the ground.
It’s also possible to do this exercise with 1 foot.
Pay attention! Always take a seat before placing your feet on the disc. Balance!
